What gets collected
Only what you type into the booking form. That is your name and phone number, your email if you give one, your vehicle and its size, the services you picked, your preferred day and time window, where the vehicle will be, whether pets ride in it or anyone has smoked in it, how you plan to pay, any notes you add, and any photographs you choose to attach.
Nothing is collected if you do not submit the form. There are no accounts and no login.
Why
To quote the job and confirm a time. The address is needed because the service is mobile — he drives to the vehicle. The questions about pets and smoking change how long a job takes and what it costs, which is why they are asked before rather than after.
Who else sees it
Landyn Dunn, the owner. Booking requests are not sold, rented or shared for advertising, and there is no third-party analytics or advertising service running on this site.
The site is hosted, and a host necessarily processes the request in order to serve the page. Beyond that, a booking request reaches Landyn directly.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and does not build a profile of you. There is no ad network and no cross-site tracking.
How long it is kept
Booking requests are kept as long as they are useful for running the business — quoting the job, doing it, and handling anything that comes up afterwards. Ask and it will be deleted.
Getting your information removed
Text or email and say so. There is no form to fill in and no account to close.
Children
The booking form is meant for adults arranging work on a vehicle. It is not directed at children and no information is knowingly collected from them.
Changes
If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it.
